- The minimum amount for the real estate that is over 30 years of age in high population density and will be renewed by architectural project is 350.000 Euro.
- The minimum amount for any real estate in low population density is 400,000 Euro.

You cannot use mortgage loan in Portugal for real estate investment. However, you can get a loan from your bank in your country.
