The apartment is placed a building constructed from scratch, composed only by three apartments. It was designed by the architect Carrilho da Graça and it is
comprised of a 66 sqm living room, a 23 sqm kitchen with laundry area, a 27 sqm suite and two 16 sqm suites.
The building includes a service entry, parking space for two cars and a storage area.
In this project, every detail has been carefully attended. The selection of the materials and the finishes was based on the highest criteria.
